The location, vehicle and staff were very good. Decent sized parking lot and friendly staff. The reason I am giving it a 2 star rating is more so the fact U-haul does not supply them with a spare key to just open the door. Even a cheap key just cut for opening the door, not for driving the vehicle. I started the truck and went outside to inspect the tires as a proper safety check and the door locked behind me. I was forced to aquire a locksmith on my own dollar $105 to open the truck door. Whereas U-haul offered a $200 fee to find a locksmith and not to cover the price of the service. It seems unreasonable a truck rental company does not require each vehicle to have a spare key.
