The initial pick up location was Uhaul Winnipeg in century they called me last minute to tell me the unit was 1 hour and 30 minutes away. This was very poor planning on their end and it cost me my whole day due to their lack of proper planning. Video vision tried their absolute Best Buy Uhaul Winnipeg dropped the ball.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOther than the fact that the person behind the counter had to call somebody else to service me cuz he wasn't quite sure how to do things extended my stay up to at least half an hour and charging me for two or three extra miles and maybe two or three extra liters of gas was annoying when I paid over 300 bucks to begin with. I will not use U-Haul again. I don't like the nitpicking for extra dollars from them
James HMy only disappointment was I dropped off truck, just below fuel level, I believe $12 under… I had a ride coming to get me, so couldn’t drive down the road for $12… but to charge me $30 on top of $12 was a bit much… Considering I dropped truck off 2 days early and your company was able to rent it out asap… I watched the guy get in and drive it away… saying that. You could have given me a break on the $30 service fee.
