The UHaul website and email did not tell me that no vehicle was available near me, so they changed my location to a store an hour and a half away. I had to drive an additional three hours.

BOGDAN BI booked it in Carman one month ahead of time. I needed a truck available in Carman on 29th ,2026. And the order had already confirmed. But in the noon of 28th ,they told me I needed to pick up it in Morden which is almost 40 kilometers away from my house in Carman. That ruined my whole moving plan and let my whole family caught in heavy rain. And I had to pay $40 more. That’s terrible and unacceptable!
zhongzhi zI do not mind the location, but one personnel was very kind and helpful ( return of the truck), while another was not friendly, gave us a hard time demanding parking the auto transport at a certain angle at a certain place in the tiny parking lot , which we were glad to do if we could, but after trying hard, we could not. All the while, the person was standing outside looking at us and not helping, stating it was in our contract. We did not mind to follow his instructions, but failed to do it as it required expertise in parking in a very constricted space.
Olena LConfirm reservation as early as possible. I got confirmation just one day ago, I did not get 15" track, it was to very tough to handle situation.
