Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisall good after all
Peter MI reserved a truck and there wasn’t one there when I went to pick it up. Called another location and they advised taking a box truck instead. Went back in and rented the unit showing on this receipt. When I asked to some help on mileage since they didn’t have a truck I RESERVED. They said they could not do anything. I would appreciate feedback as to why they could not try to make right on their own error….
Todd GCustomer service was amazing! He was welcoming and more than willing to assist in whatever capacity he could. However, the vehicle seemed poorly maintained, not for lack of cleanliness, but rather maintenance within itself. Upon entering the vehicle and driving it a few miles, the check engine light came on, the oil gauge was dropping precipitously, and we had to top off the oil to safely make it back to the location.
Donovan WEasy check in and pleasant people to work with during our moving process.
