Equipment was clean and easily accessible. Staff was welcoming and very helpful in explaining all the equipment.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe vehicle had mud on the floor mats. When I started out I noticed the tire pressure was at 67 and 80 was recommended on the dash. There wasn’t much gas in the vehicle. My appointment was for 9, Uhaul at this location opens at 10. The Uhaul rep forgot to put the key in the self serve box. The location of the vehicle was up a high hill, roads were terrible and the location of the van was in a wooded area, snow packed, and had junked cars sitting around the van. The van was the only Uhaul vehicle in this wooded area.
Robin TFriendly Staff !!
Michelle KI would not recommend Uhaul. The place did not have the equipment that was rented online. The local place said uhaul did not provide them with equipment. Uhaul should not allow me to reserve something that is not available.
Bradley ZLea was an absolute pleasure from the time I booked the reservation to the time I returned it. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and made the experience that much more pleasurable. I would highly recommend Richard Self Storage for any vehicle and storage needs.
