My original reservation was supposed to be Russellville Arkansas. I drove 25 miles past Morrilton to get get to the location I had a reservation at. The Russellville location gave me some kind of BS that uhaul reservations have moved my reservation to Morrilton. I never received any call or text changing the pickup location. I then had to drive BACK to Morrilton, wasting gas and a lot of my time to get to the truck. Poor communication and poor customer service. I will not use Uhaul again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA-State was great. 5 stars. This review is good because they did well. Sad that the structure of this review is set up to inadvertently make it seem Uhaul is getting 5 stars. Uhaul gets 0 stars. The reservation process and the lack of caring as to making the customer scramble to get what they need at the last minute is terrible. UHaul as an organization and being helpful is bottom tier.
Jason BDidnt have the truck i needed and didn't have the dolly I ordered tried to call u haul and they told me I need to call around to source a dolly myself which made my move 10 times more difficult I have heart issues and struggled all day !!!!!
Scott dCut out the U-haul people who called wondering why I have checked out my u haul then was no help at all to get me checked in and actually tried to argue with me. I ended up hanging up on u-haul, who remember called me, and the nice people at A-sate got me all checked in no questions asked. If the A-state lady didn’t help me, I would have taken my business elsewhere and I will make sure I will let people know how the people U-Haul people are and they may want to consider another comany or deal with the please they are renting from only and hang up on U haul customer service
