Michael cThis location is at a Sunoco gas station. While the employee there was helpful in going through the process with the U-Haul app, the inside driver's area of the cabin had not been cleaned out and someone left behind papers and tissues in the driver's door pockets, and left barbecue tongs and an apple in the passenger door pocket. Also, the employee informed me that I would not be able to park my car at the location where I rented the truck for 8 hrs because 'the boss gets mad' and I would have to pay $10 to them for parking or put my car somewhere else, otherwise it would get towed. That's some BS right there! This was a huge fail on their part. I had to park the car at a shopping center parking lot which was a 1/4 mile away, and then walk back to get the truck, and do the reverse when I dropped off the truck. I am disabled, and walk with a cane, so this was a big problem for me, especially during summer with the 96 degree F heat on this day. The up-charge for parking seems predatory, and I refused to pay it, and instead, after I returned the truck and walked back to my car, I went inside to patronize the business that let me park in their lot, which I confirmed before actually leaving my car their. I returned their kindness, instead of rewarding the U-Haul location, and would strongly consider a different location if/when I need to rent a U-Haul in the future.
