There was no personnel to greet us or to help us at our drop off location. There was no signs indicating if we were in the right spot, which was very difficult when I tried to call the helpdesk line to promo was in the right location. They told me it would be over an hour to reach customer service to help with the drop off. Extremely bad customer service and long wait times which makes the remote drop off useless and not convenient at all.
