I returned the uhaul the same day i picked it up i put the right amount of gas in the uhaul the person working at marathon when it was returned Saturday evening had no idea what fo do and said the owner would check the uhaul in the next day . I didnt hear anything about until over 2 weeks later and my card was charged 12.70 for gas and it said on my Receipt I returned the UhAul sunday at 10:45 and the gas needed 2 gallons which was false on both accounts. I put 20 Dollars in at marathon Saturday evening when i returnded it and it was over what needed to be in . Very disappointing.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did not have any interactions with the staff as I used mobile drop-off, but gas stations aren't that inviting to me...
David SJust a drop off location. Person working at the time just took the keys and the paperwork. Said there was no receipt to give as proof that the truck was returned.
Dennis SThey were friendly and very helpful
