Nicholas JThe juncker location was great. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. The uhaul website and app were a huge problem. If the location wouldn’t have been open then it would have taken me more than an hour to check in and get my key. It was nothing but issues and when I called after I did online check in and used the app to try to complete the process to try to find out what the drop box code was to get my key because the app did not give me that information and I never received a text email nothing to be able to get my keys, I was transferred to another area where the wait was 20-30 mins. The location said closed but I tried to go in anyways and they helped me get my keys immediately because they knew the drop box codes but uhaul online, the app that I was made to download and the phone customer service itself was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend using uhaul online to anyone.
