Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe dropped off the u haul the evening of the 28th, the same day we rented it. It said Armory Shell was a 24 hour drop site so we dropped it off after hours. We should not have been charged for an extra day. The truck was in their lot on the 28th of July.
Linda MThey say they returned the rental but I get a email saying my rental is overdue
Isaiah LWay way out of my way. Reserved it early for Ely minnesota. 140 Xtra miles on s 90 degree day. Ciimustomers service was fantastic but uhaul inc did a terrible job
Sandra WThis owner hooked up the dolly for me and took pictures but charged me $40 dollars cash to do that. I understand they are not supposed to charge their customers for that service. If he was not supposed to charge then I will lodge a complaint. It was my bad for not asking for a receipt.
