Using the app to get the truck and drop the truck back off was absolutely horrible. I was to pick up the truck at 10am but after messing with the app for so long I didn’t get the truck until 10:30am and still had to have it back by 4pm. Then the app didn’t want to work when I dropped the truck back off and the lady inside had to help me return it. She was great.

Cassandra MThe virtual assistant technology does not make the environment feel welcoming nor safe.
Christina BThere needs to be someone in person for people that are not computer savvy. It took way to long to do check in and way way to long to turn truck in.
