The combination lock was locked in the cargo area with the vehicle keys. I rented the unit for 0830 but had to wait nearly an hour for someone to come and open the cargo door so I could retrieve the keys and use the vehicle.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYour app freezes and made me late for an appointment. The girl at the counter wasn't too kind either. I wont go back to this location. I had filled out everything online including driver's license and marked that I would pick up in store. But, 7haul changed my p8ck up location to this vendor. They only tell you to use the app. The only help she gave was in giving us the code to the lock. It wasn't on the app. Then none of the photos uploaded to finishes the check out process. The gal in store said I had to call uhaul and couldn't leave until the photos loaded to the online app. Of course, the uhaul line had a wait time so I just clicked skip on the photos so I could get to my destination. When returning the truck after hours, the same issue occurred. Photos wouldn't load to the app so I called uhaul at 745pm. Fortunately, wait time was only a few minutes. The phone representative said my photos were loaded and I could leave, however on my phone (Galaxy s25 with at&t, unlimited data) it was still spinning and wouldn't close the app. The uhaul rep gave me a $10 credit towards my next rental. Much appreciated. Bit dont do away with people. App's freeze!
Jared VTheres no pick up bin for the keys, the key was in the trailer and if no one was in the office. I wouldn’t have been able to get into the lock. The lady at the counter was not very friendly. Also. When dropping off the truck the app tells you to drop the keys in the lock box there’s no box so we didn’t know where to leave the box.
Crystal OThe attendant was non responsive in helping me. It wan't until there was a problem with the U-Haul app that she decided to help. When I returned just before 5:00 (Closing time) She left abruptly and I asked about where I should leave the keys and she told me to put them in the back of the 15" van.
David KI was told to just use the app. I replied ' I don't have the app". The counter person replied" The you will have to download the app". We eventually. called customer service and that person walked us through the sign in for the app. 10 times I tried to get into and navigate the app. The app would not load / open / or would freeze before I could get to the page to retrieve the combination to the padlock on the cargo door. I finally got the combination and retrieved the key to the truck. The truck ran well enough but the steering was very loose and would drift right and left. It required constant correction. Worst experience in the last 10 years with U-Haul.
