Personnel could barely speak English and could not/would not provide a receipt for the truck when I returned it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck size we booked online wasn’t what we got and I had requested moving blankets and there were none . The location we picked to drop off was not the location in the end . It was a different location.
Thomas FTerrible experience overall, I was originally told it would be $67 flat but it was then $130, not to mention they also tacked on $13.50 gas fee even though we filled it up right in front of the worker as she was taking pictures of the process too, now I’m dealing with another $65 pending charge from the same U-Haul shell provider, this is absolutely insane and not right at all, I am filling a dispute with my bank on this matter.
DEVAN MDrop off was easy pesy. No problem!
Cheryl STruck clean and ready to go. Hassle free.
