Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was very helpful. There was a problem with equipment I ordered on line (appliance dolly) - they did not have at this location, but I was allowed to order it on line anyway. I was given a regular dolly to use free of charge, and we made it work, but that COULD have been a huge problem as I had movers for a very small window of time.
Lori AWe received OUTSTANDING service! Priscilla took very good care of us. She is a kind, sweet, and knowledgeable person with incredible customer service skills.
Aysia WVery customer friendly
Phyllis BI was not informed before my arrival or at any time during my visit that the equipment I requested and paid for was not available. Also the truck only had half a tank of gas.
