This place is particularly hard to park in, and I can't imagine getting something in or out of the area were it not a holiday with no traffic. Limit the amount of vehicles which can be here at one time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt felt like I was intruding on his time. The location wasn’t optimal for taking the pictures with the app as I couldn’t get far enough away from the vehicle.
Uel HApp provided clear instructing how to park, and where to drop off keys. No one was present at the location, so I parked the truck and left. In follow-up, there was some confusion from the initial dispatch, and I kept getting messages to drop off at different locations … but after a call to U-Haul support, I confirmed there was nothing I should do, and simply wait for my drop off to be processed. And it was, and everything seems fine.

james sThis time when I rented the truck, it was by hours and not by the day, and cost twice as much! The Advertisement is wrong on side of the truck! I had trouble trying to get the truck, and when returning there was issues and they were trying to charge me more when the truck was returned early!!!! The guy at the pick up location on Albert st couldn’t get the computer to work, I had to switch to online pickup. Then I kept getting texts and they kept trying to charge my card for 60 bucks more or something I can’t remember, but my cc was at limit, this time it cost more for less time! Same size as last time I rented! Bull crap! Not even 6 months later and it doubled in price! For less time!!!
