The location has very poor internet service and the people at the location know this but do not offer assistance or a temporary WiFi access. It took us going to a local Home Depot to update our account on the app and then going back to the location to finish the check in process. And if you show up early there was not an option to pick up the truck early Will be using someone different next time
Jonathan SIt took 15 minutes and several phone calls to office, for anyone to show up at my scheduled pick-up time. Was not sure the truck would make the trip. truck had over 152K miles, beat up, dirty, but it did run okay. If I had time, I would have declined the vehicle, but it was the only truck in sight. Also, the drop off location on contract was different than the location that I selected on reservation. Totally different from previous experience.

Bee CThe cab was filthy, and smelled of urine. So, did the back of the truck. This location was only a storage unit facility. The guy helping out could not care less about anything.
