Truck was clean and ran well. The service rep was very professional. BUT I reserved an appliance dolly with the truck. I was told they didn't have any. Then this arrogant woman who appeared to the manager said they are on a first come first serve basis not guaranteed. I was irritated as my U-Haul movers requested it or they would charge me more $250! Which they did I was flustered moving is a pain and she said I don't need to be rude. I looked at her as I was dealing with a nice rep and told her to just go away I would work it out with U-Haul her response well we aren't U-Haul so go ahead?!? The rep said he would give me a regular dolly for my inconvenience she chimed in oh no you charge him for it I declined the dolly No I would not recommend this place to any one
