This location should not have after hour pickup/dropoff. The WiFi and cellular service is very weak and the process to complete is nearly impossible!!!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPaper work read 7/8 of a tank of fuel. The truck had 3/4.
David DAwesome people. Very helpful
Jarrett GThey are rude and not professional at all they call me and said I lost key and they try to say I stolen the keys I will not rent ever again from this offices and do you want to save time don’t come to this facility
Maria AAt pickup, the truck was very dirty, dusty and lots of ants inside. We had to clean it before we load it. At drop off, the gas tank measurement was incorrect and we were overcharged by $50 in fuel. When we brought this to their attention, they said it had to go through U-Haul. We never received a refund for the overcharge. We also wanted to return a sofa bag and mattress bag that we did not use, but they said they can’t do returns and we would have to return them at a U-Haul center. Terrible service!!
