We hired two movers through Uhaul and they and they sent a text 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and cancelled. Very very disappointed in UHaul as you say you can't compensate me on my truck. I am waiting to hear from a manager but I will never recommend UHaul if I don't get compensated.THOMASJOHN D.
I rented the van for 6 hours. When I picked it up, the man said if I bring it back early, I'd get money back. So I rushed & I brought the van back in less than 3 hours, with more gas than when I picked it up. Then man who checked it in said yes, I'd get money back. But I got no money back.MICHEAL S.
No dolly in truck, no padding in truck, no fuel in truck, truck was not clean, no one was around for truck return, no locatable drop box for key. The only positive part of the entire experience was the lady at the front desk for check in.Andrew C.
I was disappointed that my location had changed from one close to me to one across town 25+ mins to this location. I was told by a customer representative by phone that I was not allowed to change location because that is where the trailer was needed next, however when I arrived this location had 10+ trailers.ALYSSA H.
When I dropped my trailer off, it was raining. The gentleman that assisted me with disconnecting said to have a pleasant Saturday, told me I would be receiving an email from U-Haul and wished me a good rest of my Saturday. Very nice! By 2:00 the next day (Sunday) o still had not received my email confirmation of my return, the app showed the trailer â€œStill In Useâ€. A call to the Wedgwood location was never answered. After calling the national Customer Service number and waiting on hold twice for a total of over 45 mins, I was told the manager of the Wedgewood location had been sent a message but it would be best if I could go back and check the trailer in myself on the app. Fortunately I was able to do this, but what if I had not been able to? ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RENTAL IN YOURSELF ON THE APP!!!Robert L.
The guy that helped me went way out of this way to do so. Because of the person in front of me had issues the guy pulled the trailer to my vehicle. Talk about service!! Also because my plans changed to the day before the booked reservation the woman on the phone was so helpful to make my change in plans happen!!SHAWN S.

The staff were extremely nice and flexible, but the truck had old food under the seats and in the door. The truck smelled horribly, a wierd mix of cologne and air freshener. And it struggled pulling the car hauler behind it. The staff were the one shining star in that experience.Kristin V.

When they received the truck they questioned the cleanliness on return. I was able to provide photo documentation and they didn't charge me for the condition. Really was not pleased with the uhaul equipment, but had zero alternative the day of the move. I will make sure the photos are out on social media.Ian E.
Be transparent. Made an online reservation for 10' truck with car dolly. Price quoted online was almost $80 higher when I paid. Was told less than 24 hrs before pickup that I would have to drive into downtown-during rush hour-adding 30 miles and an hour and a half to my rental. Discovered 4 days later that I had TWO contracts and my dolly was actually $107 more. Returned equip early to location on the contract I was given. Spoke with worker there-checked equip in no issues. Then was called days later to tell me the dolly was suppose to be returned to a different location. UHaul screwed this entire transaction up! NEVER will I use you again. And, I'm in the process of editing my travel youtube blog that I'll be posting to my channel soon...showing all the issues I had with UhaulJami N.
