Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI have no advice for you. You have no respect for customers and no one is accountable. I went to Winnipeg to make a reservation, I saw three of your dealerships, the disorganization and disrespect is at its peak. No one is accountable and they don't care about customers. Where I made the reservation, one of your employees cursed at me and said get out of here, I said I will sue you, he said no one will listen to your complaint. I said ok. On the other hand, they scammed me, I had reserved from Winnipeg to Calgary but later they told me I had to go to another city to pick up the trailer. This was the last time I used your company, I will never come to your office.
SHARIF AReservation means it will be avliable. I don't know what you think it means and this no guarantee thing is shit. Stop saying reservation then. Online booking with you is garbage. If a hotel let's you make a reservation and doesn't come threw for you they wouldn't be in business very long. Same work a travel agency or airline. Reservation means I'm getting what I asked for. If they don't have it they offer up something better for what you paid for or return you money. You guys didn't do shit, except but the blame back on me for your mistake and did offer any kind of condolences. I will never use your company again and I'll make it a point to tell evey one I know.
