I returned the truck yesterday but I was charged for an extra day when I called three times to close the rental. They also fed wrong kilometres at the start which didn’t let me self drop.

shannon fThis location requires you to pick up the truck at a different location. It is not far from the store, but a bit of an inconvenience.
Nancy RThe U-Haul app first told us to find the truck, so we went to an auxiliary lot, but then the keys were at the original location so we had to drive back there. Better communication from U-HAUL would have been great. Additionally, the truck’s gas tank was under 1/4 full, the “check engine” light was illuminated, and we returned it with more gas than we received. Overall, a disappointing experience, and we probably won’t be using U-Haul again unless the price is lower and the truck is guaranteed to have a full gas tank.
Amelia CI was disappointed in the inconsistency of information throughout the process. When I made the reservation, the booking platform provided one set of numbers, which did not match what came up at pick up and payment, and further did not match the final numbers upon return and settling of the account. This would be a huge deterrent for some people, so I just wanted to mention it. I think it is more of a system issue than something within the control of the individual location we patronized.
