The pick-up location and the individuals who were there to help were excellent. The truck waiting and the location where reservation was made were not as reserved! When a reservation is made for a certain length truck that is what should be waiting for the customer. If not for the competent young lady at Woods who was willing to go above and beyond what I’m sure are her duties this could have been a disaster.

Destiny OI did not drop off at Woods in Nevada, MO.
Kim BThe staff had no idea how to check in a client. They did not accompany me to find trailer. They did not check if all lights etc. were working. If fact they said it was my responsibility to find trailer and check lights and equipment. It took over 45 minutes to finish paperwork and get on the road.
Sol TI was charged over 60 dollars for miles over the 79 free miles , but only drove 106. Then I was told to move the truck, after paying, clear across a large parking lot on a100 degree day. Then bring the keys back to the counter.
