Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was good but the pick up process was not. No one at the location would help and it was all done through the cell phone. The signal in that area was not good and it took 39 min to complete the pick up process.
Joseph DTook 45 minutes which set us behind to get our key and do the app check out. Very bad start.
Randy HGreat experience.
Joe HDifferent experience, only because I had to use the uhaul app to check in the truck. Was able to do remotely, which worked well. I use uhaul all the time and the App works better than most.
