This location unfortunatly for them and not their fault. They were closed. So this in no reflection on them at all. This is an issue with the app. What should have taken 5 minutes to return via the app took over 45 minutes as the app would not work correctly. So please do not leave negative for the facility this is strictly a uhaul issue. Not that it would have been easier of it were working correctly. But it took way too long. Just fix app

Brenda RNothing to improve! These guys made our experience so easy today. They’re extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve rented from a few different Uhaul places and while nothing major was wrong with the other locations, there’s something about having a good customer service experience that will keep me going back and recommending that place to family and friends when asked!

JOE CNOTE: No fault of this pickup location... the agent did not confirm my original pickup location the day before, and I got a call while we were in route to the pickup location. UHAUL indicated there wasn't an available truck in the size I wanted within an hour... so we had to go out of our way to get a remote pickup. It caused us to be off-time for our movers, and we had to pay an incremental fee for the movers because they had to wait on us. I sunk an additional $300 because UHAUL didn't call me (as promised in their contract) the day before by 5pm.
