Store opened at 10am. Set up for 9am self pick up and was unable to do so as the system advised they had the key. Then 10am came and went and still no one... I stayed on location and by 10:30am someone finally came over the audio to their security camera to advise someone would be there soon. Ended up trying to auto pick up again and we able to get the keys from the lockbox with support assistance. Then had to walk back to the truck which is on a different lot to pick it up.

I didn't give 5 stars because I was supposed to be told or receive a text about taking pictures of the trailer before leaving the lot, which I never did. As a matter of fact, I didn't receive this communication until the next afternoon - more than 24 hours after picking up the trailer. I took pictures and tried to submit to the link, but it had expired. After leaving a message on Wheel Deal Auto's machine and not hearing back, I called U-Haul directly and they informed me the link actually expires 30 minutes after it is sent, so being it was more than 24 hours after I picked up the trailer, that was happening. Wheel Deal Auto needs to make sure they do the picture thing with customers before leaving the lot

EMILIE MIt was difficult to locate the box where the key was, another building had the same style and we walked all around the wrong building, because the truck was closer to that building than the one the key was at!
