Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExcellent customer service.
Vincent TThe customer service at this location was fabulous. I was able to upgrade from a van to a truck and was able to keep it 24 hours. I just want to repeat. The people in the office were so very nice and down to earth. Thank you.
Deborah DChamp was fantastic! Very helpful and easy to work with.
Jessica SThe location we picked up and dropped off the equipment was wonderful. The workers were all very kind and worked hard to navigate your website. The problem I have with U-Haul is the website and the procedure. Making a reservation without a guarantee that the vehicle will be available is not convenient for most people planning a move. I had to call several times to get updates of which were worthless. Being told you'll get an email the day before the reservation date is unacceptable/
