VERY ACCOMODATING. IT WAS KINDA CONFUSING THAT THE CHECKOUT REQUIRED THE USE OF THE COMPUTER AND THE TABLET APPLICATION. THE PERSON DOCUMENTED THE SERIOUS DRIVING PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THE TRUCK. THE BUCKING OF THE TRUCK WHEN DRIVING OVER 45 MPH WAS NOT ALWAYS REPRODUCIBLE. IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. I DID REPORT THE PROBLEM WHILE IN-ROUTE TO UHAUL PRIOR TO CHECKOUT. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE TRUCK PERFORMANCE. MADE THE TRIP VERY POOR.

Janine R.We were happy with the location but NOT with U-Haul. U-Haul changed the location of our pick-up without telling us. They said that they "sent us an email" but no email was received. We did not know of the change of location until we got to the place in New Tripoli. The gentleman at Plaza Hardware was very helpful and allowed us to rent a larger truck for the same price.
