. Pickup location opened more than 1 hour late The independent provider assigned to my pickup did not open at its standard business hours. I was kept waiting for roughly 60 minutes because of this.

Rajesh GThe woman was friendly and very helpful. You are lucky to have her on your frontline.

LANKA RTop 5 rudest service I've ever had. She was late opening, yelled at us to do it ourselves, and then gave us attitude when we asked her to show us how to access. The return was even colder than the pick-up. The only positive was that the van was clean and well-kept. Never going back there again, I'd rather go further away where I might get some decent customer service
