They weren’t open showed up 41 minutes late with an attitude as if I was the one inconveniencing them

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey added insurance after it was denied online couldn’t check becouse they don’t give invoices they email when rental complete
Trevin WI felt bad for the guy since it was his first Rental. But it took over 45 minutes for the guy on the phone just walk this guy through the process. That was a ridiculous amount of time In addition, my wife's car was clipped in the parking lot by a tow truck while she was parked in a space. Would not use this site again.
Mike MI used the truck for 3 hours took it back. Called 3 days later about my refund only for them to say I never returned it. I parked it in the same spot and put the keys in the box. It took yall 2 weeks to realize yall never checked it in but sent it out for repairs. So it took me calling 5 times for yall to correct the issue. This was the worst service I have ever had.
Lavette BTook me 45 minutes for them to help me out because there were on breaks and tells me they back in 10 minutes. Bad customer service and the place is a dump and trash not clean at all. I will never there again!
