Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe employee did not help with putting the trailer away. When I picked up the guy was super helpful with getting it attached. I had my 7 year old with me and im just one lady he asked if I could put it in this spot I wasn't very good at backing the trailer up and had to unattached the trailer and roll it up a side walk curb and all the best part is the guy sat there and laughed at me and never helped. Was not happy considering it was downpouring I dented my car trying to get it off and roll it up a curb bruised my knee all because he would not help. Totally sucked.

Na'Jae MI rented a cargo van from U-Haul at the Exon Mobile at 2565 Pulaski HWY, Newark DE on Friday Sept 18 at 5pm and returned Sunday September 19th at 2pm with 31. 9 total mile driven. I drove it to my home which is about 2 miles away and to our event hall at 198 South DuPont HWY. Upon return, the attendant inspected the vehicle and returned with report that there is a windshield chip on the passenger end of the vehicle below the right wiper blade. I totally disputed that it did not happened while I the vehicle is in my possession. The chip appears to have been caused by a high velocity impact and that there’s no way it could have happened without me knowing it. I did not drive on loose gravel or behind a construction truck. The bottom line is, I was told that if I did not see it and report it when I picked up the vehicle, then I am responsible. I argued that the only way I could have seen it is if the wipers were raised when I picked up the vehicle which they were not. I did take a renter’s insurance but I am stuck with a $76.86 bill as deductible for an incident that absolutely did not happened while the vehicle is in my possession. I believe I ended up paying for an event they overlooked from another renter and I got blamed for it. I am convinced that damaged is known because the attendant went straight to it; they were just waiting for an unsuspecting customer like me to pay for it. Next time you rent a vehicle from U-Haul please lift the wipers and inspect the windshiled
