Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing everyone was nice helpful and friendly
Rosa F“Manager” was extremely rude, reserved for 6 hours with difference location drop off, after I paid they told me it had to be back within 4 hours and couldn’t drop off anywhere else. Unwilling to help.
Sherry RGood good
MEKONMAMADY CHave tires that don't blow out halfway through the trip Maybe have more space in your driveway so people can safely back up onto MCCARTER HIGHWAY without having to maneuver a large moving van like a tetris piece Keep the car at the fuel level stated in the contract Better customer service from Al Gaines would have been very much appreciated. Was carrying valuable cargo at the time my tire blew out and feel that was not considered when offered a refund for fuel only. As someone who has moved 4 times in the last 4 years, this was by far the least enjoyable, most difficult UHAUL experience of my life.
