Have tires that don't blow out halfway through the trip Maybe have more space in your driveway so people can safely back up onto MCCARTER HIGHWAY without having to maneuver a large moving van like a tetris piece Keep the car at the fuel level stated in the contract Better customer service from Al Gaines would have been very much appreciated. Was carrying valuable cargo at the time my tire blew out and feel that was not considered when offered a refund for fuel only. As someone who has moved 4 times in the last 4 years, this was by far the least enjoyable, most difficult UHAUL experience of my life.

It’s very difficult and dangerous to exit the parking lot. The van has to be backed out onto a very busy 2 lane highway. Drivers are very impatient. The workers at the appliance store have other priorities and were not easy to locate.
