This experience was typical for U-Haul. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have the moving blankets I reserved. To U-Haul, it was, sorry we don't have it. To the customer, I planned on those being available & could have made other arrangements. I also reserved a dolly. They brought out an appliance dolly, which is not what I needed. They told me that is the only kind of dolly U-Haul rents. This is not accurate or acceptable. I ended up paying for a dolly that was useless to me. I have had many experiences like this. U-Haul goes out of their way to make it difficult to be a customer. Probably done with U-Haul.
