This is the first time I ever rented a uhaul. Both employees at each location were very efficient throughout the process of checking out and returning the Uhaul. I appreciated the knowledge Carrie shared on driving and how the vehicle operates. The employee at the return site was great as he not only promptly did the return paperwork- he assisted me with obtaining an Uber ride for me. Kind people at both locations.

Trailer had a tail light that was not working. Person at this location said a ticket had been put in to repair the light but no one had come to repair it. I was not contacted to be made aware of this situation prior to my pick up. We had no choice but to take the trailer with the bad tail light and I got a ticket from the police in Alabama for the light being out.
FRANK JI requested equipment that was not provided on the day of pick up. Due to this, I had to make additional arrangements for my move which was an inconvenience. I had to contact customer service to have the items removed from my bill. The customer service representative was not friendly at all.
