One of my best U-Haul experiences by far! The owner Gee , called me the day of my reservation to make sure I could pick up the truck ok because he wasn’t there. Gave me instructions on how to do it digitally I needed more time on the rental for a few hours and he didn’t make a big deal about to it , let me know to get it back the day with no rush Truck was clean , he called me and let me know about the tire indicator light sensor in advance also. Great rental experience , great location. I needed a 15ft at first he assisted me with finding another location who had it but I’m glad I decided to just take the 10ft that he had

GEE HThank you.
Daisy SU-Haul owner G was very kind! I need to use phone translation because of language barrier and he was very patient and took his time with me. He moved the truck for me and started ad made sure AC was cold. He told me about a tire sensor that is on but told me not to worry because the tires are fine. He gave me additional time too. This makes very best time at a U-Haul
maria qTire pressure icon was on dashboard and message to check tire pressure. Decided I did not want truck. Was still charged for rental. Also issues with app. Poor experience.
