Work on the online check in for returning the vehicle. When it asked you to take picture it would show but then drop off. Then after doing that with all slots it wouldnt let me proceed. Taking shots again and again. Very tiresome and frustrating.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOur 3rd rental from D&D. They are very professional and personable. They worked with us as our schedule changed and ensured that our rental was available when needed. I higly reccomend them to anyone in the Newport News / Hampton Va area.
William CFind parking before picking up.
Denny BI was never called about anything. I was charged an additional fee and I wasn’t told about it at all. I returned it exactly the way I got it and as instructed and still was charged more. Terrible!
YAMEILEE BThe entire staff and team was kind, supportive, and professional. The staff was available to hook up my trailer with no issues and made the entire process seamless. Thank you for your support. I reached Texas safe and sound!!
