Cindy CEasier check in. Check in was complicated at pickup. We should have been able to take pictures of drivers and licenses the day of looking for one.
Khai VThe location was not very clear it was a U-haul drop off site, and my vehicle was the only U-haul at the property. The employee there also did not know what to do with our truck, and the number we were told to call on the return paper was out of service.
