Everyone at the Newton location was awesome! The fact that I had to go there in the first place is due to terrible business model relying on disclaimers to totally deceive the consumer is terrible. I will NEVER use you again. If you are reading this review, choose another company. If you want the gory details, check my review of the return location uHaul Moving and Storage of Lower Burrell Pennsylvania. Also an awesome location run by great people, it's the parent company that's the reason you should NOT USE UHAUL.

Jackie Pmost pleasant experience!
Mary MGreat drop off location! Did not need assistance from anyone it was all done via the app and key drop off box was clearly marked at the front of the building. Overall, super happy with the experience.
Elias EMisunderstood the amount of rental called after to get info then being told was harassing the owner when we were only asking info
