The location is fine. My low rating is because we were charged for 2 days for having the equipment out 30min past the 24hr window and it was because your website wasn't cooperating

Deby WI was quoted one price for a day of $18 plus Tax picked it up at 4:00 PM was going to bring it back the next day before four for a total of $20 and some change that I signed contract on after leaving I was charged $41 and change because they messed up on doing the U-Haul Was not happy about talk to them about it. They did not take care of the situation. Will not purchase U-Haul from this place again.

Kelly NStop trying to put everything on an app. I dont want ten million apps on my phone. A website is just as good and should have the functionIlty. Also stop changing pickup locations last minute.
