Update the system online for current availability. Because when i booked, i did it from my town, next day i get a call that its available in city next to mine. It should show current availability online. Other than that everything else was good.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person in the counter didn’t have me the keys, kept me waiting for 30 min and sent me to another U-Haul. I had to contact uhaul support service to fix the issue. Due to all this trouble I lost an appointment I had. I contacted customer service about it but they sent a message to the manager from the location and that was it. No answer since then
Juan CI have raised a ticket on the horrible service. I banged on the door for over 20 minutes. No one answered. Finally someone showed up and looked like they were asleep. After I made a complaint I got a nasty email back saying I wasn’t on time and the person went for lunch? I wasn’t aware UHaul shut down the entire operation for lunch. To top it off I was asked to go behind the counter and process my own transaction. I have not received a final bill yet?
Jordan MLoad the vehicle with the supplies requested. At least have more than 1/4 tank as the starting point. Give a consistent U-Haul experience as the other locations.
Gemma Awhen i rented and picked up truck i was told .19 cents per km/mile in canada . i paid a 211 deposit for a local move then upon returning truck store was closed i called uhaul they contacted owners the owners did call me met at store they told me i owed an additional 160.00 but my reciept shows they refunded me 106 they gave me 0 dollars back not impressed also was charged for coverage never agreed to that
