Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEncourage the rental location to clean the trucks between rentals. The cab or truck area was not swept. The box area smelled bad like rat urine.
Steven AVery strange operation. Very little Communication. Very odd!
Michael CThe place who rented the truck did not have a furniture dolly for me. Other than that excellent experience.
Jay MArrived ~30 minutes after reservation time and employee responsible to processing order was not there but was able to talk to him on phone. Ended up having to leave copy of driver's license & credit card (no copy of rental agreement) and then I hooked up trailer myself. The next day I received the email from U-Haul with my contract at which time I noticed that I was being charged for Smart Tow insurance even though I did not select it during the reservation process. Being that this was discovered the next day, I was unable to get it removed from the contract.
