There was no customer service present at this location. The location on Jimmy Carter Rd. Made fraudulent charges to my account. I called Noel who says he is the store manager and he refused to assist me in a resolution and told me to call U-Haul.com and categorically sue U-Haul for help. I have video of me at the location returning the truck early at the same location I picked up from and I am on U-Haul video at this location returning as well as having witnesses.Aisha R.

I was extremely inconvenienced yesterday morning. I had a reservation for 10:30. Arrived on time and because there was an issue with the system it would not take my payment even though there were funds on my card. I tried two different cards and it was still an issue. I ended up going home to get money to pay instead just to realize when I got there the payment was taken and the truck was sitting there waiting. I am a new business owner who had to inconvenience my client because your system was having issues and then the person at the desk didn't do a good job of communicating that it went through. I went all the way home to get cash for no reason. I am honestly devastated. I'm working on buying my own truck but like most new business owners I am making it work the best I can at the moment. I wouldn't have cared if it was for my personal move. But my client wrote a bad review based on me coming late. I was an hour late.Deja C.

It was the worst experience Ive had at uhaul I dropped off a trailer on 4/23/21 and they didnt even check it in until I had to call on 5/6/21. They are trying to charge me an enormous amount of money for wrong destination fee even though I had a medical emergency where I didnt know if I was going to be hospitalized for a significant amount of time. I didnt want my kids having to worry about the trailer while their Dad was admitted in the emergency room.STUART M.

Service! National Uhaul computer system went down, Brandolyn Walker clicked and clicked trying to complete the pickup process. Everything was at a stand still, but Brandolyn pulled out pen and paper and successfully processed my agreement and connected the rented trailer. Excellent employee, excellent service.David W.

I would recommend WITH a warning. The CSR who checked us IN was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The overall staffing was inadequate since we had to wait 20 minutes to check IN with having a reservation. The evening check out was a disaster. Same 2 CSR's were trying to wait on 20 people. We were told by one CSR that we would "never" get checked in. We verified our check-in return on the uhaul website. We were charged the $20 "after hour fees" anyway! So uhaul made money by not paying wages and by charging late fees.Phillip T.

First of all the reservation for the rental was placed from our cellphone uhaul app we wanted a van, at the time that Mr Ortega whent to pick up the van they had none available, not only that they stated that they had no reservation on his name even dough he had the receipt for his reservation. second of all they complaint when they realized they needed to offer him something else to compensate followed after that they ask him how many miles he'll be driving he answer 400 maybe 500 the front clerk lady ones again complaint stating that that was way to many miles that she'll would be putting only 200 miles at his return they also complaint that he went way past the 200 miles... Mr. Ortega has rented from uhaul a lot of times and has been a customer for quite some time, and the trucks that he has rented had never been return with any kind of problems at all he even has returned them with more gasoline that it has been at the time of picking up his rentals and always cleans the trucks before returning them. but at this point we are considering looking for another rental company that might be more people skill and that are capable of respecting there costumers. Mr. Ortega paid almost $ 400 dollars just to be mistreated. and that is a total fail from UHAUL company.JOSE O.

I didn't get the truck ready. The employees aren't friendly and polite at all. The guy who was supposed to get the truck for me was not we mannered at all. Doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Same thing happened on the April 12th when I reserved a truck as well. At the time of returning, the lady who was supposed to check everything on the truck was seemed so bothered by my return of the truck. Asked me where the key is, I said it's inside the truck and she literally expressed the tone "arghhh" Seriously! This is how u talk to a customer! These people really need to know manner.MD M.
