My reservation was changed, not by me, by U-Haul. I didn’t appreciate the fact I reserved it at a set location, much closer to me, then had to scramble to figure out where the location was when they could've just moved it over themselves to save me the trip. In addition to that I reserved the truck and trailer two plus weeks in advance. Why did I have to change locations? That doesn’t seem very fair. Then when I got to the location I had to go to because there wasn’t one at the location I picked, they tell me they didn’t even have the dolly I ordered. How am I going to get sent to an ENTIRELY different location because the location I wanted didn’t have the equipment I needed after two weeks worth of prep time, just to be told they don’t have everything I initially ordered??
