Counter pickup not available, even when selected on website. Phone number on lock box goes to voice mail over and over. Took 40 mins to pick up and still U-Haul wanted me to use phone data to upload photos because they do t have a person available to do pickup. Issue dropping off had to call in and spend more time on two different calls just to check in, and the the shit on top of the pile I’m charged a gas fee for returning the truck with the same amount of gas I picked it up with.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was told to drop my key in the box... an hour later I recieved a cleaning charge on my card. The cab was clean except maybe some sand... as i moved to the beach. And the back was swept out prior to the return...
Cheri TNicole was very helpful and friendly.
Chris WThanks to the team at Hectors for greeting me and helping me out. Great customer service. Equipment was in great condition.
Shaun PI had trouble with the mobile app. The owner of the shop came and personally assisted me through the entire process. She made it easy for me to get going, she clarified all of my concerns, and she was so kind as I watched a transaction with the customer before me. I highly recommend Hectors Tire And Rims as an authorized dealer for U-Haul!!!!!! 5 ⭐️, and two 👍. If I could give more I would.
