This location was very unhelpful. I made a reservation to pick up the truck for Saturday morning with mobile pickup. When I arrived I got a message showing that there was no equipment assigned to my reservation. I called U-Haul support they were super helpful, and directed me to go inside the store. I went inside and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and stated he could not help me, only his boss man could. I left and called U-Haul support back they told me to try again at 11 and moved my reservation to this time. When I arrive at 11 the same thing happens the same guy is at the counter and refuses to hand me the key to the truck. He unwillingly calls his boss and his boss shows up only for the guy at the counter to hand me the key in the end. U-Haul support and the app were extremely helpful this location however has much to improve. This could've all been avoided had they left the key in the lock box like they were supposed to.
Hannah SWhen I turned in the truck and trailer, the attendant on duty was as not able to receive and inspect the equipment as a U-Haul dealer should. He stated that only the manager could do that and the manager was not present and would not be for some time. Therefore I had to leave. On Sunday, 9 July 23, I received an email with the turn in documents and I was charged an additional $16 for 4 gals of fuel. Before turning in the equipment, I fueled the truck to the proper level as stated on the contract. I even had photos of the odometer and fuel gauge for verification. The lack of knowledge and poor customer service cost me an additional $32 that I was not expecting to pay. I will think twice before renting another U-Haul truck. And the fact that U-Haul does not prorate the price even when turned in early is a big negative.

Joan KMy terrible experience with this rental had nothing to do with the pick up or drop off locations. I reserved a smaller truck a week in advance for pick up at a specific location as I needed to be in that town for a high school graduation and to pick up two pieces of furniture. I was notified 3 hours prior to my pick up time that my truck was not available at the location I reserved and that I would have to drive over an hour out of my way to get a truck. I ended up getting a much larger truck than I needed, which cost considerably more in fuel to operate than the small one I reserved. As well, my family and I also missed the graduation we were to attend due to the extra 2+ hours it took to get the truck. Overall a terrible UHaul experience and all UHaul would do for my troubles was a $50 credit off the rental, which didn't even cover the additional fuel costs I incurred.
