The lady at A maysin Hair & Body Care was amazing. U-Haul customer service? Not so much. I was originally supposed to pick up my truck from Nick's Self Storage via mobile pick up. For some reason, the app said I needed to go inside to an employee to get my keys. Great in theory, except the business was closed. I then had to call U-Haul and try to hear what the rep was saying over the phone while standing next to a busy road. I was eventually sent to the A maysin Hair & Body Care location, and I"m thankful for the girl there for taking care of the situation, because I was a ball of nerves at that point. Combined with the fact that I was trying to pay with Affirm (this doesn't work, folks), and it was a bad overall experience. I'll never use Affirm again, and I hope to never have to use U-Haul ever again.

The woman running the Uhauls overcharged me and had no idea how to navigate the forms or connect any of the trailers or equipment. She also was doing peoples hair while trying to rent out my U-Haul to me. The U-Haul was infested with nasty crawling bugs, and also had old, sticky, and dirty items still sitting in it from the previous user. On top of this, the location I called originally in Evans, GA on Washington Rd quoted me a one way contract and deliberately lied by saying that I could get money refunded to me if I turned in my U-Haul early and used less miles than I provisioned. At the end of the day, this is entirely your fault as the company. Absolutely one of the worst business experiences I’ve had ever, and I will never use U-Haul again because you are FULLY aware of how deceptively and poorly these locations are operated and don’t do anything about it. This has been going on for years whilst terrible reviews and experiences just pile up. You should be ashamed of yourselves for running one of the shadiest and most unprofessional businesses I have ever had the displeasure of using in my entire life.
Andrew BI will be a repeat customer. Prefer to drop truck at a location where local people check and take over the truck instead of me using the app which doesn’t fully work in certain locations

Brittany PCommunicate to the customer about picking the truck up at an earlier time, if it’s available! At the time i picked it up, i was told that i could have picked it up 11 hours sooner! Other than that, it was a great experience!
