Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck interior was not clean but the real problem is that the truck was in very bad need of a tune up. It WASTED a full quarter tank of gas driving a 22 mile round trip! I went from 42004 SE 133rd St North Bend, WA 98045 to 20405 127th St Issaquah, WA 98027 via I-90 & May Valley Road. There is only one hill for about 3/4 of a mile and it's not very steep. It is absurd to think that the truck would use a full QUARTER TANK OF GAS driving a 22 mile round trip! That meant I had to pay $30 for each and every trip, and yes I do have all of the receipts. I am requesting a refund of at least HALF of the mileage portion of the bill since I WASTED $160 for gas which is so far beyond ridiculous I can't believe it. More than happy to share the receipts with anyone who would care to see them and I do need to hear back from someone as soon as possible. As for the location, I've rented from there before and if you wish to keep my business I need to see the refund to me CC as soon as possible.
ROBERT SThe 24/7 pickup process is one of the greatest crimes a corporation has committed on American consumers. I would suggest trying to steal a moving truck and risking the jail time before using this process. Jail time would likely be less painful. You need two personal references each time I rent a truck?! Get out of here.
Joe HI wanted to rent a smaller truck, which had become available, but the representative at the North Bend, WA, office insisted on renting me a larger truck. The reason she provided for not renting the smaller truck did not make sense to me. Since it was not convenient for me to travel to another location, I had no choice but to rent the larger truck, which cost me more than I had originally planned to spend. U-Haul should make its truck availability and pricing policies more transparent so customers can make informed decisions and avoid situations like this. Greater transparency would help improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Austin OA couple of things. I requested two utility Dollie’s and upon arrival I was told that none were available. It would have been nice if when reserving I was told none were available or received an email or phone call letting me know so I could have made other arrangements. Also, I did inform the person while picking up the truck that I was in a bit of hurry to get through the process in that my movers would be arriving shortly. She seemed to have no concern for our urgency, especially that we also bow had to call around looking for Dollie’s. Not to mention, the movers we did hire via uhaul.com never arrived. Overall, from the service counter, lack of reserved equipment and most importantly the movers not arriving, it was a terrible experience and we will not use any of U-hauls services moving forward and I would highly recommend others do not either.
