Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTook a week to get it checked in after drop off. The place wasn’t safe at all.
samuel mProbably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The checkout process was seamless. The gentleman behind the desk was polite. The equipment was fairly new. And when I returned it, the checkout process was just as seamless.
Alexander HLocation was clean & neat, yard groomers were on site. Dropped off trailer & asked for assistance disconnecting my 12’ cargo trailer, they kept my break light adapter, had to return for it. (I did get it). Office was locked after I got my trailer disconnected, did not get a receipt that I asked for, got one emailed later that night. Associates were very friendly but not accessible, there was a high security feeling to this location.
Steve EPark trucks in a dryer location. A lot of standing water in parking lot. Could not walk straight to truck
