When I picked up the unit the worker assigned to attach my trailer said he needed a head shot of me, new company policy. He proceeded to raise his phone and take a picture of me without my permission. Very off putting. I had already produced my government ID. End this practice. Uhaul is not law enforcement or border control. Do not take pictures of your customers without permission.NATHAN A.

Van was very nasty with dog hair in seats. This was totally unacceptable!! Fingerprints all over the windows and the representative told me to just bring it back like I got it. Again, unacceptable!! He aired the tire up and I asked why? He says it's a new van. 100 miles into my trip the tire goes low and I check it out and it had a screw in it. This was the problem in the beginning. Y'all have to get a detail crew, especially during COVID season. I wouldn't refer anyone to Uhaul until the company can clean up their vehicles.AMANDA H.

I was charged an extra $14 after pay $130 for going 25 miles. The tuck is too expensive for only 2 hrs, the rate should have been lower. It should had been considered a local route.Tanisha E.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR, THE GUY ACTED AS IF HE DIDNT WANT TO ASSIST ME. I WAS CHARGED FOR 3 DAYS AND ONLY HAD THE TRUCK FOR TWO. I WAS CHARGED FOR MILEAGE I DIDNT USE. WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE MY OWN MASTER LOCK/KEY FOR THE BACK. I DIDNT KNOW THE KEY TO THEIR MASTER LOCK DID NOT WORK, I HAD TO LEAVE MY PERSONAL ITEMS UNSECURED OVER NIGHT. I DIDNT UNDERSTAND MY RECIEPT THAT WAS SENT TO MY EMAIL SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS TRANSFERRED SPOKE TO A LADY FOR ABOUT 15MINS ABOUT THE ISSUES. SHE STATED I WAS OWED A REFFUND AND THAT SHE HAD CONTACTED CORPORATE VIA PHONE/EMAIL... SHE STATED CORPORATE WILL GIVE ME A CALL ASAP... I NEVER GOT THE CALL AND IF I DID THEY DID NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL TO RESOLVE ISSUE. I USE UHAUL EVERY YEAR I MOVE... HOPEFULLY THIS IS MY LAST YEAR MOVING. BUT OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IM ALSO STILL WAITING TO BE REFUNDED.TEMPESTT W.

The truck was very dirty when we got it. It ran extremely rough like it was going to break down at any second. The person who rented the truck to me had no clue how to do his job. He could not figure out how to charge my debit card so we had to go get cash. He never even asked me how long we needed the truck for and never even went over any of what was in the paperwork with me. We returned the truck with just as much gas as it had when we got it yet im being charged for more gas? Not to mention all the other bs charges they tacked on to my bill. I will pay the 171 which is for the extra time and mileage but i am not going to pay another 400 dollars in ridiculous charges. Take me to courtMELISSA G.

My chosen rental was available, so I had to get a different one. I went all the way to Colonel Glenn to pick up my rental, only to be told when I got there that the truck was at Cypress. When I got to Cypress, the keys to my assigned truck couldn't be found & had to be assigned yet another truck. At turn in, the app kept failing. After 20 minutes on the phone with a rep failed to get the app working properly I was put on hold to be transferred to live check-in, which then abruptly disconnected.Neodasha H.
The truck had something spoiled in the cup holders trash in the door holders entire was on all the time I called right after I hit the truck they said it was fine and i could call roadside assistance no one went over the damage to the truck before I got itSandra H.
Make sure the most up to date correct pictures accompany the equipment, the dolly had tons of damage, but the pictures made it appear brand new free of damage.Brian T.
