I will NEVER rent a u-haul again after this experience! MO one was there to help me, I called the number on the rental agreement, NO one answered, no one called me back, so I took pictures of the trailer and left. Bad neighborhood! When I looked up CES on the internet, it clearly states they're permanently closed! WTF……I had no one to help me, it was NOT a good experience!

The man was friendly, but not very professional.

Tamara FEasy location but confusing about the drop box, it's in a building next door. Also taking all the pictures, it would be nice to interact with humans and not computers.
