Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou could explain the mileage and fuel charges more clearly before renting the vehicle to your customers. I was surprised to learn that I was being charged $1.49 per mile driven. Your truck must get terrible gas mileage because I put $5.00 in the tank when I was done with it and you still charged me additional $8.62 for gas; that's $13.62 to drive 34 miles, which means the truck gets less than 10 miles to the gallon. That sucks! I chose to rent the truck to avoid delivery charges from the store I was buying a large item from. Turns out I could have saved myself the trouble and paid a few dollars more to have the item delivered by the store. Lesson learned.
Steve MThere were a lot of problems with this truck, tires had no air the windshield wipers were broken and it made a lot of noise driving it.
Bernadette CThis location made the transaction very easy and actually pleasant to use.
Mary BThe rear door lock. Should be repaired opened I'm driving. Good thing it was empty. The clip that holds the handle lock. Spring is missing
